CCR Mitigation has been operating for over 20 years, but they were basically invisible online and were subject to whatever external websites and reviews said with no voice of their own.
The Solution
I updated their logo and branding, created a robust marketing website that represents who they are and how they operate along with easy phone and calendar booking options. Additionally, I worked with the business owner to establish best practices and processes to manage customer reviews to increase their online reputation and gain more leads.
